Unable to browse to /jts/setup page WAS v7

I am reposting my issue. I believe my post was located in the wrong section.
I have been stuck on trying to navigate to /jts/setup page. Currently, I am receiving the error below:
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /jts/setup has not been defined.
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle <servername>:9443 has not been defined.
IBM WebSphere Application Server
Here is the link to my post.
Click Nodes does not exist in the article on my WAS v7 server as suggested for the solution.
- Expand the System administration section and then click Nodes.
Anyone know where I could possible find this to assist or know of any other way to resolve the above issue?

Such error sometimes is caused by incorrect/unsuccessful web application deployment. Before changing anything, you can have a look at SystemOut.log file and search "jts". You should see something similar to this.
The below document is more suitable for checking the deployment of JTS.
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21438842
Failing all that, you will need to deploy the applications again.

Hi Dwayne,
Are you using WAS ND? I think the steps in the technote http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21594111 is specific to WAS ND.
There are a few links below related to this error SRVE0255E:
https://jazz.net/forum/questions/91219/srve0255e-a-webgroupvirtual-host-to-handle-jtssetup-has-not-been-defined
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.jazz.install.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_deploy_cluster_troubleshoot.html
Do you have HTTP Server (IHS) in this environment? If so, you may want to review https://jazz.net/library/article/745 and ensure the server is configured correctly.
