Can we change the default for Deliver and Resolve for the optional verification?

Is there a way for a project admin to change the default wording for the Verification record that can get generated when you do Deliver & Resolve? I want to have it say "Defect Verification" instead of just "Verification" and I want that as the default instead of having everyone type it in.
