Where can I find information about the new ClearCase Version Importer?

 In December 2013, a new feature was added to Rational Team Concert version 4.0.5, 
called the “ClearCase Version Importer.” 
The tool provides an easy way to migrate all of the historical data with little manual intervention. 
The tool has evolved over a couple of releases to support various types of migration.

Where can I find more information about this feature?
