Hi,
I am working on an opportunity for Q4 whereby the customer wanted emails to be sent to a group of people when a work item customized field changes. I am thinking of using the scripting feature of RTC work items attribute customization and am stuck with the script to send email to a group of people. Wonder you have such script or any other recommendation. Thanks. |

This is not possible using JavaScript today. You can't access the required information for the users etc in JavaScript. You would have to develop a Participant.
