Restore deleted test plan in RQM 4.0.2

 Hello.

I know we can restore test plans from the trash on later versions of RQM. Is there a way (even if not from the trash) to restore deleted test plans in version 4.0.2?

Since there is no restore deleted test plans or other artifacts feature in v4.0.2, the only way I can think about is if you have another testing environment which have that testplans, you can use copyUtility to copy that test plan from another project area: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMCopyUtility

If you have backup of database which has the deleted test plan, you may restore it to the environment(which means you may lose the part of artifacts after your backup database. You can consider to restore backup DB in a testing environment and then try to copy to the current existing project.
