How to get the actual number of Assets downloaded in iRAM

Hi,

I have two questions:

1)A user download the same asset two times in one day, but in the system only the first download recorded.How can I get the actual number of the asset being downloaded?

2)After pressing the download button, click the cancel button on the pop-window below to cancel download action.But system still record the cancelled download.
How to get the actual number of the asset being downloaded(don't include the cancelled download)?
