Performance issue with RQM-RFT recording using the adapter

Hello,

 

End-user is recording RQM manual scripts using the RFT-RQM adapter.

The versions are RQM 4.0.3 and RFT 8.5.

 

The “Adapter for RQM” is correctly configured and can connect to the RQM WEB instance.

 

The processing of the recording starts well, we are able to starts the application (this is the JavaClassicA).

At a certain moment the process is block and we get the error

“Java™ Platform SE binary is not responding”


I suspect some setting to tweak especially around the Java.
Have you some good information around that topics or log file to check.

There seems to be some issue with RFT. RQM doesn't come into picture while RFT script execution (playback) is going on.

Yes, I realise that it is a RFT issue and not related to RQM.
I'm focus now on RFT settings only.
