Team Load section query doesn't show all items

On the Team Central tab in the Team Load section, if I select a person and do a Right-Click -> Show Work Items, the resulting query does not show me all the work items that person owns in the iteration plan.

Specifically, it is not showing me a Retrospective work item type in the resulting query, even though it does include the hours for that type in the load for that person. Also, the Retrospective work item shows up as owned by the person on the iteration plan.

Shouldn't the "Show Work Items" results show all work items of all types?
