RTC / RQM Housekeeping / Tidy up of old data

jim wisden (611) | asked May 28 '14, 4:32 a.m.

We have RTC and RQM on the Jazz Platform. Recently we had an issue with excessive growth in one of the database tables that has now been resolved. This led us to ask if there were “House Keeping” or “Tidy up” tasks we should be doing that we were not aware of. IBM Support suggested some basic Database tasks but is anyone aware of any guides/info available specific to RTC / RQM Housekeeping?

Many Thanks

Jim

RQM does not have specific guidelines.

See http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/t_max_perf.html for CLM performance tuning options and/or defer to your DB vendor's guidance for optimal performance tuning guidelines.
