RQM upgradation

As I am working with RQM
I upgraded RQM from 2.0.1 to 3.0.1 and 3.0.1 to 4.0.1 by selecting root context as 2.x in RQM installation(url: https://client32:9443/jazz),since integration with DOORS and RQM is not successful(note:RQM and DOORS are in different hosts). I installed RQM 4.0.1 fresh setup in HOST machine where DOORS is installed by selecting 3.x as root context(url: https://licenseserver:9443/qm) i.e,(default option) and created a project as "XYZ" and integrated with DOORS successfully.
Now my requirement is i need the projects in RQM 4.0.1 (client32 host system) to be in RQM 4.0.1 (licenseserver host system ) along with my project "XYZ"Please send me step by step procedure for above requirement.

you can not easily migrate to a different context root (jazz->qm). You can not change the public URI. You would upgrade to the original context root (jazz). There is a "Public URI Change" capability. You pay a certain price in performance. You can talk to support to get a key to do this. They will look into your scenario and let you know if they can support this. There is no project move either, so you can't just move your data over. There are some export and import features that let you get some of the data over. |
