all children resolved rule in RTC

Does "all children resolved" rule is applicable for all link types in RTC? Or only to parent-child link type.

It is not working with Depends on and Blocks Link types, but works fine with Parent-Child Link Type.

IBM says this linktype is 'informational'

Malaya,

as "Children" in the name implies this only works for parent child relationships. You would have to create your own advisor if you want to have behavior for other relationships.
