Add Column for Design Elements to RTC Traceability View in Plan

Right now, the RTC traceability view shows how an RTC work item (e.g., Story) has (or does not have) links to requirement and test artifacts.

I searched for something like an "Elaborates" column to add one for design models, but don't find one.  Note that I do not have Design Manager installed.

Will that appear if I install DM?  If not, will this functionality be added anytime soon?  I searched around on jazz.net and did not find this information, nor a work item for it.

Not part of default traceability view, but you can add it.
