Where can I download RTC installation files from?

I want to setup a jazz develop component,but as given by the link https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ComponentDevelopmentSetup in the prerequisites section we are not able to find the following zip files .so where do I get the following zip files???

I would suggest to follow this post: https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2013/02/28/setting-up-rational-team-concert-for-api-development/ and perform the Extensions Workshop https://jazz.net/library/article/1000 as mentioned to setup your environment. The workshop also points you to where the files are located for downloading.
