RTC 2.0- build engine user access

We are currently using RTC 2.0 beta 1. Weve created separate build user for build engine access. It seems that build user has to be a part of Team area with RTC 2.0. Maybe it is related to project data isolation.

With RTC 1.0 it wasn't necessary to have build user as a part of team area. Is there a way how to make it the same in RTC 2.0?
