RQM Customization: Can plug ins be implemented as with RTC?

We are in the process of upgrading our CLM tools from 4.0.1 to 4.0.6

Currently in RTC, we have customized our installation with plug ins that perform such functions as
1)  Populating drop downs with external data
2)  Follow Up functions
3)  preconditions

Our users are providing us with similar requirements to implement within RQM.  Is this currently possible?

Unfortunately, RQM cannot be extended via custom OSGi plug-ins.  However, you may be interested in:
