How do I configure a CLI Transport and XML Transport in RIT?

i have a component Activator which talks to certain Network Elements like PCRF, ALU EMS, TAS, ACS, out of which ACS has a WSDL transport where as ALU EMS uses XML, TAS uses XML REST and PCRF uses SOAP(no WSDL).

Please help to get the configuring methods for XML, XML REST and SOAP(without WSDL).
