How to configure Rational Build Forge in order to prohibit run a project within a daily range time

I need that anybody can run a buildforge project within a range time (for example: between 9:00 until 18:00)

 That would have to be an RFE.  That does sound like a good feature though for reducing traffic in high usage times.
