Source Control - Web UI - Unable to sort by file size or last modified

Using RTC v3.0.1, when using the Web UI for source control, there is no way of re-ordering the file list except for the file name.

As we are using RTC Web UI for documentation control, it would be beneficial if you can re-organize the list based on Last Modified, Modified By or Size.

Is there a setting I've missed somewhere???

I tried that also on 4.0.x, and you seem to be right. I haven't found any existing enhancement, so I can recommend that you create one:
