Specifying change set file for teamAccept task

I am trying to customize our build results page by using workItemPublisher to identify the work items associated with a build. I see that this task requires a change set file that would be created/updated by the teamAccept task. I don't see how to specify that file for teamAccept. We are using a build definition and have the "Accept changes before build" checkbox.

Does anyone know how to capture the set of changes accepted in a file?
