Design Manager 4.0.6 / Doors 9.5.2.1 Integration setup issue
On the Doors side my project is linked to RTC and RQM without any problem, but when I want to register DM (menu OSLC/Remote services) I have the error message "Failed to load service catalog". I have double check my ConsumerKey and OAuth secret. I'm logged in Doors with the account Administrator with database manager.
Thus from DM I can work with the integration, but on the Doors side I can't see the DM artifacts linked to my Doors project requirements.
As it it a sandbox environment, the Jazz Server with DM + Doors + Doors Web Access are installed on the same server. The Doors/RTC/RQM integrations work perfectly.
Is the Doors/DM integration setup process different than the Doors/RTC integration process ?
Thanks

Thanks a lot for your help !!!!!! It works fine now !!!!!
Thanks a lot for the link too !!!
I have used this link: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/rdmhelp/v4/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.team.vvc.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_vvc_parent.html
and also this link : http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/doorshlp/v9r5m2/index.jsp
=> Not very clear.....
I think it's basically a design flaw. Why does a consumers inbound exist in DM if it isn't used? I logged this, and I see it is a plan for 5.0. https://jazz.net/jazz04/web/projects/Design%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=38736

Hi John,
You are right John and this is valid for RSA DM and Rhapsody DM.
Additionally, this is true as well for the other CLM (RTC, RQM...). The difference is that the JTS setup registration of the application should take care of it.
Else, here is a technote showing what can happen if they keys do not match (Failed to read matching artifact container catalog resource adding an association from a project area)
François
I have tried that: "and you must point to the rootservices document on the JTS server from DOORS"
From Doors it works only if I specify https://my_server_name/dm/rootservices

oops sorry, it is exactly what is written in your link :
Log into the DOORS® desktop client as an Administrator, and go to File > OSLC > Remote Services. Click Add and enter the following info then click Register:
- Name: RDM
- Location: https://jtsserver:port/dm/rootservices
