A user is generating a BIRT report querying the WORKITEM_STATES table. He gets duplicate entries for defects on days  which the ETL data collection jobs ran twice. Is there a way to restrict the output on a per day basis, rather than per snapshot?

I have attached sample output which shows duplicate entries for March 28th.
