What is an archived change set?
What does "archived" mean on a change set in the pending changes view? I have never seen this before

it appears that the "archived" in the label refers to the change set contributor. Sonia |
The RTC docs mention a 'change set archive' however this is only in the context of importing from subversion. Is this the case here?
