Our mid-milestone build, 2.0 M3D1 is available here.

It doesn't appear that the jazz-dev install manager location has been
updated ... or is there another install-manager location that we can use
to retrieve M3D1?
Thanks,
Geoff

Note that the workaround for defect 76371, which is mentioned in the
release notes
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/milestones/2.0M3D1?p=M3D1releasenotes,
must be applied after a migration from a previous release to 2.0 M3D1.
Otherwise, the Agile Planning functionality is broken and no plans will
load, neither in the Web UI nor in the Eclipse UI. The issue will be
fixed in 2.0 M3.
Workaround:
Open the process specification of the project area and save it (insert a
blank)
Sorry for the inconvenience.
