Calendar won't let you select past days

When creating Test Schedules in a Test Plan and bringing up the Calendar it won't let me select any days in the past.

For example I want to update and Actual Start Date that was yesterday but it won't let me. I can only select the current or future date.

This seems unreasonable that I have to set the Actual Start date the same day or else I won't be able to select it.

That seems like a legitimate use case that should be covered. Since we don't have the RQM project available yet on jazz.net, I will make sure that this is submitted. Thanks.
