Mail notification works, but link points to localhost

Robert Studera (4151) | asked Mar 26 '09, 12:28 p.m.
Hi,
our problem is, that we get mail notifications, that have URLs that look like
https://127.0.0.1:9443/jazz...
instead of including the correct server address.
I did not find any settings for this.
Does anybody know how to solve this?

Thank you
Robert

Take a look at the 2nd and 3rd item in this FAQ: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/AdministrationConfigurationFAQ

...and check the value of the properties listed there in the Admin Web UI. If that doesn't work, it may be that your server is having difficulty determining its hostname. In that case, open the Advanced Properties page of the Admin WebUI for your server, observe the value of the "Public URI Root" property, and set it to the value that you wish to clients to see in absolute URI references. The hover-help for that property will give you more information as to its purpose.
