How to get the updated comments from RTC based on time?

I am trying to get the comments from RTC based on time but not getting any REST API to get the comment based on time.

Kind suggest some possible way to do this.

I believe with OSLC you can get the work item and it's comments via OSLC and can apply simple sorting algorithm or xslt based sorting.
