Is there a way to force naming conventions on Baselines?
I am looking to see if there is a way to define a means to enforce naming conventions when people create baselines.

We do not have a naming template for creating baselines. This feature
request is captured @ https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/42409 In 2.0, we are providing new permissions governing team baselines, so you would be able to ensure that baselines cannot be renamed by people with certain roles.
