Delete base artifact when copy has been included in module - error

I create a feature I create a module I include the feature in the module I then try to delete the original base feature (not the included copy inside the module) I get error Operation cannot be completed: '' started editing the artifact at ''. You cannot delete it until they have finished. The prevention seems sensible but the message is a confusing. Is the prevention intended behaviour? |

The error message "'' started editing the artifact at ''. You cannot delete it until they have finished. " when deleting an artifact is a known defect in v4.0.1 and was fixed in v4.0.3 and later:
