Is any way to change the user password without any email or LDAP integration.
Looking through the forum I found out a post where ADMINs can reset the password (https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2792&highlight=change+password) and the user gets the new password in mail. Now the issue with this case is that the email system is based on MAPI and if I get it correct Jazz supports only SMTP.

If you using Tomcat user database, you can change the password using the steps described in https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3411
