Problem for Report

Ethan Zhao (314) | asked Mar 22 '09, 11:14 p.m.
Now I could not get my report form RTC, everytime I run a report, it costs nearly 100% CPU, after a long time running, it got nothing from the RTC server.
What should I do to clarify the problem. I'm still using RTC 1.0

Thanks

Can you please create a work item and supply the following info:

- Which report is this?
- If this is a work items based report, how many work items do you have in your system?
- Is your server running Derby, DB2, Oracle or SQL Server?

1. I'm using the Eclipse Client to run the report.
2. The report is created by myself using integrated Birt.
3. It's work items based.
4. There are hundreds of items in my system.
5. My databases are DB2

Thanks for the info.

Do the reports that ship with Team Concert work for you?

If they do, this could be a problem in your report design file. In that case, can you please create a work item and attach the report design file to it?
