What is the supported function for drag and drop a file onto a work item to add it as a new attachment?  Is it limited to certain clients?  We could not find documentation on this.  thanks!

 Hi Karen,

Yes, it works fine with my client \server 4.0.x version.

Please let me know are your RTC client\server version ?

Drag & drop isn't working with RAD 8.5.0 or 9.0 to 4.0.x version.  Instead the user needs to browse to file from the Attachments to attach it.
