Nginx is not supported, only Tomcat and WAS are (although I heard about people running CLM on jetty for debug purposes). See the following article for full list of supported app servers: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements

I haven't found an open enhancement request to support it, please feel free to open one.
