Hi All,
I was wondering, while creating test plan, we can add test cases and also test suites (has group of test cases).
What is the significance of adding both test cases and test suites when test suites can be used for the test plan ?

Hi,

It is not compulsory to associate both TestSuites and TestCases to a TestPlan. You can associate either of it. This facility is provided for the case where we want to associate Testcases which are not part of a TestSuite or when you dont want to add all the Testcases of a TestSuite
