Web site to collect extensions and other donations from the
Hi,
there is so much activity in the community with respect to extending RTC.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to provide the community with a place to share
extensions?
I always think back to the private web site called "Rose Garden" that was
provided to share Rational Rose extensions. I am not sure about legal issues
but I think there should be a way to provide these as source and as is.
One example I already know about is a customer who created some code to read
a customized V-model and create a configuration from that which can be read
by the Rational Mehod Composer to be pushed into RTC. This customer would
be willing and interested to publish the artefact. A link back to contacts
in the company where one could also ask for help and consulting in using
the artefact would be a good idea too.
I have also worked on some stuff that could be provided as is example.
Just some thoughts. what does the community and the Jazz Team think?
Thanks,
Ralph

You can now create a project at JazzHub to share that code. I have started blogging sharing examples and there is my Jazzhub project where I share code.
