Step 0: Update config files
---------------------------

Directory: "E:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_4.0.5\server"
Command:
    repotools-jts.bat -migration_jts_updateConfigurationFiles oldJTSHome="E:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_4.0
.3\server\conf" jtsContextRoot=jts updateTomcatFiles=no  newJTSHome="E:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_4.0.5\se
rver\conf"    lpaContextRoot=admin
