I am programatically creating a defect in RTC and adding Requirements from RRC with "Affects Requirements" link using OSLC. The link appears correctly in the defect but does not show in the requirements as "Affected by" link.

OSLC Consumers must create both links, one in RTC and the other in RRC. Currently servers does not automatically create the backlinks in the associated application.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
