Rational Doors 9.5.1.2 and dbsadmin

Today I upgraded the Doors Server software on a server.  When I went to look for the dbsadmin program it is not there.  There is a dbadmin but if I click on it, all it does is display a command window for a second and then disappears.  So what is the situation on this?  Should I try re-installing the server software or what?  I would like to get this program back.  Also Doors is not listed on this forum as a product that I can choose, so I am going to go with rational Doors Next Generation, but I know that is not the correct product.  Also  if this is the wrong forum to ask this question I apologize.  If I need to go somewhere else, please point me in the right direction.
