JTS 4.0.4 configuration issues (CCM)

I have multiple issues....but keeping this one to CCM config. I have been trying to get each piece going, starting with RM, then QM, and now CCM. I installed all the .war files a couple weeks back and finally getting to CCM piece. Under /jts/admin > Configuration>Registered Applications ccm is installed. Clicking on settings though:

Hi Paul,
Please try performing reset server bundles: navigate to https://your-server:9443/ccm/admin?internal=true#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.serverReset and then click perform server reset. This does not reset the server itself. After that please manually restart the server and check whether it fixed the issue.

Thanks for reply.

I was able to toggle the reset request.

Interestingly enough, I don't know how to manually "restart the server" other than actually rebooting it.
I don't see a "‘Stop/Start the Jazz Team Server" icon in the program menus. I do see:

IBM Collaborative Lifecycle Management
Quality Manager
AppSCan
IBM Install Manager
IBM Websphere
IBM Websphere Application Server V8.5
Profiles
    AppSvr01
      Start
      Stop

Where are the other icons?

Anyways,   I think before I had issues restarting WAS (see: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/135662/post-install-grief-with-jtsclm-404-and-was-8500)

Your solution got rid of the ccm error...thanks. I have a new error now that if I cannot resolve I will post.

With regard to restarting JTS, i went into WAS and did a stop/star of the *_war apps.
