not able to find sketches and diagram creation under design menu
hi,
recently i started work on DM. the problem i am facing is that i am unable to find sketches and diagram creation option under design menu in newly created project. these options are available in JKE banking sample project. i have associated all domains with the project but still not able see them. did i missed something. i am using DM version 4.0.3

For those that discover this thread in the future, the same symptoms can also be caused by:
- a user not being assigned a Design Manager license
