Build Forge Standard Edition License Requirements

I'm trying to verify how the licenses work for Build Forge Standard Edition 7.1.3.5.  We'd want to get concurrent licenses for our FlexLM license server.  Is that all Build Forge needs.  Or is there also another license for the Build Forge Console?

There are user licenses and a build forge console license.  So one license will be consumed by the Build Forge engine and that engine will also consume user licenses that will allow BF users to log in.  There are also other licenses that the engine can consume to add more functionality.
