How do I integrate TestNG with Rational Quality Manager

I'm looking for some technical guidance on how to integrate automated test execution and results reporting with RQM. Specifically, I am looking for a way to integrate TestNG with RQM. I want to be able to run an automated test suite configured with TestNG from RQM and have the results uploaded to RQM. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
