Removing IBM Copyright in email notifications from Rational Asset Manager.
Hello!
The email notifications that we receive for various activities on the Rational Asset Manager tool has a "IBM Corporation Copyright" symbol within it. Please see screenshot by clicking on this link. It looks like these are triggered from the WebMessages.properties file in the server. Would it possible to remove the copyright symbol only from the email notifications? Would that mean a violation of any policy?

If this is not exposed in the theme customization (see : http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/ramhelp/v7r5m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.ram.web.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_config_themes.html) then it would not recommend you to modify the WebMessages.properties manually. If you do so, this may cause supportability problems as you would modify an "internal" file.
RAM offers mail template modification. Check out the infocenter page: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/ramhelp/v7r5m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.ram.web.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_modify_mail_templates.html and the video https://jazz.net/library/video/514. But I do not believe it gives you the ability to remove of the "IBM Corporation Copyright" entry as it is could well be given by theme.
If it is a strong requirement for you, you may want to create a Request for enhancement.
