Cannot save the work item template on the server
We are unable to create :Workitem template" from a story. The error we get is "Cannot save the work item template on the server"
I was able to create a work item template for the first time. I worked well. Then I "removed" the "work item template" from process configuration and after this point I am unable to create work item templates
I also did a diff between 2 process templates and could not find any major changes
we are using RTC 4.0.2
It;s a Scrum based process model

Is this the entire error message you are getting?
If so, are there any errors generated in ccm.log during an attempt to save the template? |
Error was due to Java Out of Memory on the JTS. The error message on Eclipse was not explanatory

"Cannot save the work item template on the server" is the only error message I get (in Eclipse). Haven't checked the logs though. Will check the logs thenĀ
You may want to look at the eclipse log as well
