RQM - Hiding test cases from other team members

In the latest version of RQM(4.0.4), you are allowed to hide any menus from the GUI which is controlled
in the project's admin page's "Menu Organization". However, the hiding menus will apply to all users who can access to the project Not for a certain user only. You are not able to hide the menus for a specific user only as the tool does not have such feature available.
