How to mass update test artifacts?

Is there a way to mass update test artifacts?
Particularly, I'm interested in updating Test Plans and Test Cases. And particularly updating information such as: priority, categories and "validates" links.

Thanks!

Taly,
You can preform Bulk updates on some artifacts, but there are restrictions

From the Online Help

Updating multiple artifacts

From any list view window, you can make bulk updates to multiple test artifacts at once. For example, you can change all the test cases from the Development Iteration to the Integration Iteration. You can also change dependent category values.

Procedure

  1. Open one of the list views.

For example, click Construction > Browse > Test Cases to open a list of the test cases in the project, or select Execution > Browse > Test Suite Results to open a list of the test suite results in the project.

  2. In the listing, select the artifacts to change by inserting a check in the left-most column.
  3. To the right of the column heading whose values you want to change, click the Change icon ( Bulk change ).
Note: There are column headings for any categories and custom attributes that you have defined and for Risk, State, Owner, and so on. The icon will be absent from attributes that do not support bulk editing.
  4. In the window that opens, select or type the replacement value. Click OK.
