Can we configure different stages in Approval flow in RTC?

Hi,

I have a requirement of modifying the default configuration of approval flow. need is as follows, can we do that? if yes, how?

 Modification Requirements:

1.      need to change the drop downs in the Approvals Tab (refer image 1)

a.      Upon adding Review

                                                              i.      Select the approvers

1.      Once the approvers are chosen they have the option to select Pending, Reject, Approve

a.      I need to change these options and I cannot find them.

2.      I need to be able to re-create the same functionality as the approvals but with different drop down options and....

a.      to be able to create a tab that has the drop down like the Approve, Review, Validate etc.;

b.      Select one option it adds specific fields to fill in

c.       A – b can be done many times (refer image 2)
