Hi,

How do I control users initiating actions? For example, I need only the owner of a defect to move it to the "Resolved" state and not anybody else. Can we do this?

Hello theju,

as far as I know this is not possible out of the box with RTC 1.0.x. I think
it is only possible to set a static number of required fields for all states.
I think I recall reading the nes&noteworthy for 2.0 M2 that there is a plan
to support that in the 2.0 release.
