while importing plan from mpp project to formal project in rtc, i am getting below warnings:

"The workitem is planned but has no estimate specified"

"The workitem is planned to be be completed on 11/19/13, while the iteration ends on 11/14/13"

plan time lines created are 10/09/12 to 11/14/13.

what could be mistake?
