I added Word documents to a general eclipse project, and I associated the Word editor with the files. I added them to Jazz source control. When I edit and save the document, and check in to RTC, the Word document is not showing up in pending changes.

Hi James,
Does the issue disappear when you click F5 in e.g. project explorer? If yes, then try setting automatically refreshing the workspace: Settings > General > Workspace ( checking Refresh Automatically option).
