Specific Velocity report in RTC

Hello

I want to create a histogram chart in RTC to show the planned story points VS completed story points for all of iterations.

The question is:

Does this report can be generated directly by RTC?

Can we create a velocity trend chart in RTC with any of the reports or the queries . I want to show velocity trend chart with the below conditions.

Conditions : Sum of story points of all stories completed in the last sprint, as per the definition of done

Even i want to check is it possible to show the velocity trend chart
